Mukhitov noted that Western Russophobia goes back centuries because Westerners don’t want to remember Russian aid.

Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman, announced that sending long-range weapons to Ukraine will not deter Russia and will not change the course of events.

In a press conference, Peskov called the new US military aid package to Ukraine a direct path to escalation of tension and added: These actions will not change the course of developments and special military operations will continue.

Earlier, Reuters, citing two American officials, reported that Washington is preparing a $2.2 billion military aid package for Ukraine.

The spokesman of the Kremlin Palace also noted about the approach of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) towards Russia: The entire military infrastructure of this coalition works against Russia, and everything, including reconnaissance aircraft and satellites, works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in line with the interests of Ukraine.
