Al-Hashd al-Shabi: In the coming days, there will be news about 40 defendants in the Soleimani assassination case

An official of the Al-Hashd al-Shabi organization announced that in the coming days, there will be news about the accused in the case of the assassination of the commanders of the victory over terrorism by the Iraqi judiciary.

An official of the Al-Hashd Al-Shabi organization announced that in the coming days, the names of the accused in the case of the assassination of the martyrs Haj Qasim Soleimani and “Abu Mahdi Al-Mohandes” will be announced.

According to Saberin News, “Mohannad al-Aqabi,” the media director of al-Hashd al-Shabi, said on Friday evening that there were 40 defendants in the assassination case of the commanders of the victory over terrorism (Suleimani and al-Mohandes), including a number of Iraqis and Americans.

He said, “The Iraqi judiciary has come under internal and external pressure in Soleimani’s case.”

“However, the Iraqi judiciary has done an extraordinary job of identifying the accused, who will be heard in the coming days.”

Last year, the United States targeted and martyred General Haj Qassem Soleimani, commander of the IRGC’s Quds Force, and Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes, the deputy head of al-Hashd al-Shabi, along with their two forces, near Baghdad airport. In response, the Iraqi parliament approved a plan to expel US troops from the country.
