One day before the anniversary of the martyrdom of the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran and the former deputy of Al-Hashd al-Shabi in Iraq, the head of Al-Hashd al-Shabi said that with God’s help, we will see the US withdrawal plan implemented in the coming days.
In an interview with Al-Masira today (Friday), Faleh al-Fayadh, head of al-Hashdal al-Shabi, stressed the need for US troops to leave Iraq.
Faleh Al-Fayadh said: “Baghdad and Tehran have blood relations with each other and are tied to each other due to various connections. It is impossible to imagine great relations between the two countries.”
Al-Fayadh continued: “The Iraqi parliament’s decision to withdraw American troops, which was approved after the martyrdom of Nasr commanders (Martyr Soleimani and Martyr Al-Mohandes), is final.”
The head of Al-Hashdal Shaabi organization continued: “With God’s help, in the coming days we will see the implementation of the decree in reality.”
In a terrorist attack on January 2 2020, the US military killed the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the deputy head of the Al-Hashdal Shaabi organization, along with several resistance fighters, as they were leaving Baghdad airport.
The Iraqi parliament approved a plan to withdraw US troops from Iraq in a vote after the US government’s terrorist attack.
