According to the Palestine Information Center, the Association of Families of Palestinian Martyrs announced that the Zionist enemy continues to commit crimes by killing 48 Palestinians, despite the outbreak of the Corona virus and the difficult conditions that prevailed in the occupied Palestinian territories last year (2020) they continued their terrorism against the Palestinian people in various ways.
Mohammad Sabihaat, secretary general of the association, noted that all 48 people who were martyred last year were civilians, and that among them, except for 10 women and children, there was one disabled person.
Thirty-six of them were residents of the West Bank provinces and 12 were residents of the Gaza Strip.
The youngest martyr was also Ali Ayman Abu Alia, a 13-year-old Palestinian boy who was shot dead by Israeli forces on December 4 in the village of al-Mughir in Ramallah.
The oldest martyr was Saadi Mahmoud Khalil al-Gharabli, 75, from the Shojaieh district in eastern Gaza, who was martyred after 26 years in captivity as a result of the medical negligence of the Zionist prisons.
In addition, six Palestinian prisoners were martyred in Israeli prisons last year.
