The Syrian army crushed the positions of terrorists in Aleppo and Idlib

Pak Sahafat – The Syrian army targeted the positions of terrorist groups in Aleppo and Idlib provinces in the north and northwest of this country.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report on Wednesday, citing Syrian media, artillery and missile units of the Syrian army targeted the positions of terrorist elements in the western axes of the Rif of Aleppo province.

The focus of these attacks was around the towns of Taqad, Tadeel, Kafar Ta’al, Kafarama, Bakhfis, Al-Habata, Shankire and around the city of Dareh Azza in the west of Aleppo.

The Syrian army also shelled the positions and places of movement of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham terrorists (former Jabhat al-Nusra) around the town of Al Bara in Al-Zawiyah mountain, south of Idlib city.

The provinces of Aleppo and Idlib, especially in the last two months, have witnessed ground and air attacks by the Syrian Army in cooperation with the Russian Air Force on terrorist positions and ammunition depots.

According to the 2017 agreement between Iran, Russia and Turkey as the guarantor countries of Astana peace, four safe zones were created in Syria under the title of “de-escalation” zones.

At the end of the summer of 2018, the leaders of Russia and Turkey reached an agreement in Sochi, Russia, during which Turkey promised to remove or disarm the terrorists based in this region without bloodshed; An incident that has not happened until today and the terrorists in this area occasionally attack the Syrian military forces or the Russian base around this area.

The Syrian government says that the armed groups in the north and northwest of Syria are supported by Turkey.
