Kabul and Islamabad welcomed the normalization of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia

Pak Sahafat – In separate statements, the foreign ministries of Afghanistan and Pakistan welcomed the normalization of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia.

According to the Pak Sahafat news agency, in a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan welcomed the normalization of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia, considering it a positive and important step towards consolidating peace and stability in the region.

The statement adds that diplomatic development between Iran and Saudi Arabia will help to develop multilateral relations and cooperation in the region.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan also emphasized in a statement that the normalization of relations between the two countries will help peace and stability in the region and beyond.

The statement adds that Pakistan will continue to play its constructive role in the Middle East and the region, considering the history of continuous support and coordination of efforts to bridge the gaps between the two brotherly countries. We hope that this positive step will be a model for regional cooperation and coordination.
