Pak Sahafat – A Chinese media in a report about the four and a half hour negotiations between the trade ministers of China and the United States described them as rational, frank and constructive.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report, In a statement of the Ministry of Commerce of China, a copy of which was published on the website of the Global Times newspaper, it is stated that during the meeting of the trade ministers of China and the United States, the two countries decided to establish a new commercial communication channel between them, including a working group consisting of Chinese and American officials and business representatives.
US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo traveled to Beijing, the capital of China, on Sunday to expand bilateral relations.

The statement added: China and the US agreed to communicate with each other on export control issues and have bilateral meetings at least once a year. They also emphasized that technical consultations will be held between the experts of the two countries in the field of expanding the protection of confidential commercial information during the process of issuing administrative licenses.
The first exchange on the communication mechanism for export control was held in Beijing today, Tuesday.
In a meeting with Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao, American Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said: Washington seeks “healthy competition” and has no intention of hindering China’s economic development.
He added: We believe that China’s growing economy, which operates according to the rules, is in the interest of both of us.
