The disappearance of 17 Israelis in the Morocco earthquake

Pak Sahafat – The Zionist media announced the news that today a delegation from the Foreign Ministry of the interim regime is leaving for Rabat and reported that 17 out of 479 Israelis living in the Morocco were lost in the earthquake.

According to the report of Pak Sahafat International News Agency, the Zionist media today, Sunday, September 10, quoting knowledgeable sources, reported that contact with 17 of the 479 Israelis living in Morocco, who were involved in the devastating earthquake in this country, has been cut off.

The website of the Zionist network “i24” wrote in a report about the occupation regime’s efforts in Rabat: “A team from the Israeli Foreign Ministry is scheduled to go to Rabat this morning (Sunday) to help its citizens return to this country.”

In the continuation of this report, it is stated: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered various ministries and organizations to help the Morocco after this earthquake by preparing forces to send a rescue team to the earthquake area.

In a message (Saturday), the Prime Minister of the interim regime expressed the solidarity of the Zionists with the people of the Morocco “in these difficult times”.

Yoav Gallant, Minister of War of the Zionist regime, in a phone call with Abd al-Latif Lodi, Minister of Security of Morocco, expressed Tel Aviv’s condolences to the King and the people of this country, as well as Tel Aviv’s readiness to help Rabat in this difficult situation.

In addition, the Israeli institute “SmartAID”, specialized in international technological assistance, announced its decision to send a search and rescue team to Morocco, consisting of 20 forces.

The Moroccan Ministry of Interior announced this morning that the number of victims of the severe earthquake in this country has increased to 2012 dead and 2059 injured. Some of the wounded are reported to be in serious condition.

On Saturday the Moroccan Ministry of Interior announced that hundreds of people have died following the powerful earthquake that shook the country. This 6.8 magnitude earthquake is considered unprecedented in this country in the past years.

The German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) announced that in addition to the first earthquake, a new earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale shook the Maghreb on Saturday morning. The second earthquake occurred 19 minutes after the first one.
