Pak Sahafat – “Foreign Intelligence Service” of Russia warned that the US is preparing to carry out terrorist attacks on crowded places and government institutions in Syria.
According to the report of Pak Sahafat International News Agency, in a situation where the occupation of the US forces in parts of Syria continues at the same time as Washington’s comprehensive sanctions against Damascus, Moscow announced that the Americans are preparing for terrorist attacks in Syria.
Media sources from the Russian capital Moscow reported that the foreign intelligence service of the country announced on Tuesday that the United States was preparing to carry out terrorist attacks against crowded places and government institutions in Syria.
According to Sputnik news agency, the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR) stated in its statement: “US intelligence services are again planning to use Islamist extremists as a routine tool to carry out their subversive plans [in Syria].”

This Russian intelligence agency warned that the US is using “Islamist extremists” to carry out terrorist attacks on “populated places, shops and government institutions” in Syria, and these areas are among the targets of the attacks.
According to the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, the control of such terrorist acts is carried out directly from the American military base located in Al-Tanf; A base that is located in the territory under the control of the opposition and where “dozens of ISIS militants” are being trained.
This prominent Russian intelligence agency added that the attacks with the coordination of American intelligence forces are primarily aimed at the southern provinces of Sweida and Daraa, but also at the strategic highway between the two cities of Palmyra and Deir Ezzor.
Since 2011, following what was called the “Arab Spring”, the American democratic and republican governments have been intervening in Syria’s affairs, and while providing comprehensive support to the Syrian opposition, they have imposed severe sanctions against this West Asian country.
