Pak Sahafat – Simultaneously with the disclosure of the financial scandal in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and several other government institutions of this country, some senior government officials of this country resigned from their positions.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report, quoted by AFP, Ukraine’s Deputy Defense Minister Vyacheslav Shapovalov, who was in charge of the logistical support of the country’s army, resigned today after being accused of financial corruption.

Reports indicate that the resignation of this senior Ukrainian official from his position occurs while the Ministry of Defense of this country is facing many challenges due to the disclosure of scandals in the procurement of food, and Volodymyr Zelensky has also warned against intensifying anti-embezzlement measures.
According to reports, among those who have announced their resignation today, in addition to the name of the Deputy Minister of Defense, the names of Alexei Simonenko, the Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine, and Kyrillo Tymoshenko, the head of the presidential office of this country, can also be seen.
The resignations are said to have come after Zensky warned against changing staff due to financial allegations in the heat of the escalation of Russian attacks.
