Martyr Soleimani became a martyr at the level of the Islamic Ummah and the world

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah stated today at the ceremony of awarding the global award to the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps: Sardar Soleimani has become a martyr at the level of the Islamic Ummah and the world.

According to the Pak Sahafat news agency, quoting Ahed, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, began at the awarding ceremony of the World Martyr Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, for resistance literature.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah said at the beginning of his remarks: I will talk about Lebanon’s issues in 2 parts. The first part is about the election of the president and the second part is about the meeting of the government regarding the issue of electricity.

He further added: The martyrs of Badr have become a role model throughout history, and when mentioning other martyrs, we say that they were like the martyrs of Badr, and later the title of martyrs of Uhud was also added to them. The characteristic of martyred leaders throughout history is their position in the land and among the nation, their dignity and their ability to inspire. All the martyrs of the battles of Islam and contemporary martyrs made the victory a reality. Martyrs achieve victory and achievements in Lebanon, Gaza, Palestine, Iraq, Yemen and Syria.

He continued: There are some martyrs who go beyond their time and place and influence all humanity until the resurrection. Martyr Soleimani is the one who went beyond his place and became a martyr at the level of the Islamic Ummah and the world, and his influence continues on the next generations.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah emphasized that Martyr Soleimani was a great axis commander who fought with ISIS terrorists and added: He was the main commander in defeating ISIS and “Greater Israel”. There was no place for fear in the heart of Hajj Qassem Soleimani, he would meet death by walking among bullets and cannons. Spirit, spiritual strength, courage, sacrifice, strategic mind and leaving the daily routine of battle and entering the conflict at a strategic level were part of his school. Martyr Soleimani was the spiritual power of resistance and great command in the battle against the Zionist regime.

Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah emphasized: Our duty is to set an example and be an inspiration for all generations, and for this we need such commanders, in many fields, the biographies of martyred commanders should be revived at the national level and a great spiritual and national wealth should be formed, and this wealth of the generation be passed on to the next generation, of course we do this for ourselves and not for the sake of the martyrs.

Secretary General of Hezbollah added: Martyr Soleimani became famous in recent years, but he struggled for decades for resistance, and today, when we introduce him, we introduce an inspiring and legendary model. All means should be used, including speeches, paintings, ceremonies, stories and other contemporary and modern ways, so that the names and images of the martyrs remain in the minds and are effective in instilling the spirit of uprising in the nation.

Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah thanked the organizers of the awarding ceremony of the World Martyr Lieutenant General “Hajj Qassem Soleimani” and the winners of this ceremony and stated: We need to emphasize the example of a commander, inspiring, hardworking, thoughtful and selfless like Haj Qassem Soleimani, and we are still in the heart of the battle.

Everyone wants to end the political vacuum in Lebanon

The Secretary General of Hezbollah also said about the situation in Lebanon: We understand the action of some religious authorities in political and media pressure on the political groups of the House of Representatives in order to speed up the election of the president, but we must also pay attention to the absence of sectarian provocative actions. Everyone wants to end the political vacuum in order to form a government and return things to their normal course. The true description of the situation today is that there are several parliamentary factions but no one has a majority. It is our natural right to say that we want the president not to stab the resistance in the back. In addition, it is the natural right of any group to say that they do not want a president close to Hezbollah.

Electricity and fuel problem in Lebanon

Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah stated that Iran can help solve the electricity problem in Lebanon and contacts have been made with Iranian authorities in this regard, adding: A few months ago, we were told to supply fuel from Iran for 6 months to increase the electricity supply hours to 8 hours, and Lebanon would be on track with this. We took the initiative and contacted Iran, and they agreed to Lebanon’s request for fuel supply, and Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian confirmed this in Beirut.

Secretary General of Hezbollah emphasized: Iran has nuclear technology and advanced industries. I tell you again that Iran’s assistance in this field is still standing and it is America that is preventing it. The Americans prevented the implementation of Iran’s plan and proposal and informed the Lebanese authorities that accepting Iran’s plan is a red line and they may have made threats.

He continued: We have the opportunity to solve the fuel crisis, and you, America’s allies, use your relationship with this country to exclude Iran’s fuel.

The Secretary General of Hezbollah added: “Before the presidential vacuum, we made many efforts to form a government and spent a lot of money, but the result was the failure to form a government.” Some Muslim and Christian legal experts believe in the legality of holding government meetings to advance affairs, and some Muslim and Christian experts do not believe so, but the majority believe in the legality of holding government meetings on important issues.

Secretary General of Hezbollah emphasized: In order to solve the electricity problem, we were committed to attending the Cabinet meeting, and if other issues are discussed in the Cabinet meeting, our presence or absence is not a challenge for anyone. We do not want to violate the order, law, bylaws and partnerships and we want the important issue for the Lebanese people to be solved through the existing ways. We fulfill our moral responsibility in front of the people and there is no line-up or barricade in this regard.
