A Kremlin spokesman responded to the US president’s allegations against his Russian counterpart a few days ago by saying that Joe Biden was “hot-tempered”, “forgetful” and “tired”.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency International Group, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described US President Joe Biden’s claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin was a “war criminal” as a “personal insult.”

Reacting to Biden’s remarks a few days ago, a Kremlin spokesman said: “We hear statements that are in fact a personal insult to President Putin. Given that Mr. Biden’s harshness is rooted in his tiredness and sometimes forgetfulness, we will not be strict in our assessments so as not to incite militancy.”
Biden, like some of his other government officials in recent days, has called Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” and a “murderous dictator” in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
