Iran and Russia are two countries that have valuable experiences in fighting ISIS, curbing Takfiri terrorism and establishing security and stability in crisis-stricken countries. Therefore, it seems that until Afghanistan turns into a second Syria and Takfiri terrorism, with the help of global arrogance, does not take the initiative in creating insecurity and crisis, this coalition should be formed.
After the suicide attack on Monday near the Russian Embassy in Kabul, Amir Khan Motaghi, Acting Foreign Minister of the Taliban, in a telephone conversation with Sergey Lavrov; The Russian Foreign Minister assured him that a comprehensive investigation will be conducted in this case.
Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesman of the Taliban’s foreign ministry, stated in a tweet that the purpose of this conversation was to examine the aspects of the recent explosion.
According to him, Amir Khan Motaghi has assured the Russian minister that he will conduct a comprehensive investigation in this case.
Amir Khan Motaghi emphasized in this conversation that both sides should not allow such negative actions of the enemies to affect the close and positive relations between the two countries.
While deploring the recent incident, Lavrov called this incident the work of international criminal organizations and emphasized on fighting against them.
Amir Khan Motaghi assured Lavrov that Afghan security forces will pay special attention to the security of the Russian Embassy.
The suicide attack attributed to the ISIS Takfiri group once again shook Afghanistan and the region. This attack took place only three days after another bloody suicide attack in Herat province in western Afghanistan, in which Mujibur Rahman Ansari; one of the influential pro-Taliban figures was targeted and killed. Besides him, at least 17 other people died in Herat attack.

But this is not the only reason for ISIS’s enmity with Russia. ISIS is first and foremost a colonial force supported by arrogance and Zionism. The leaders and commanders of that group are actually supported and strengthened by the Western powers, and this fact was proven many times during the wars in Syria and Iraq.
However, the enmity between ISIS and Russia is not a one-way street; the Russians and their regional allies such as the Islamic Republic of Iran have also fought against ISIS to the same extent and have thwarted the colonial plan of their self-proclaimed caliphate in the Middle East.
The famous and proud leader of Islam, martyr Qassem Soleimani, was the greatest anti-terrorist figure in the region and perhaps the world, who was assassinated by the criminal America. He played an important role in the defeat of ISIS in Syria and Iraq. It clearly shows which countries support ISIS and which countries fight them.
With the assassination of General Soleimani, many veils were removed, the doubts and ambiguities that existed about America’s support for ISIS were removed, and all the people of the region and the world came to the conclusion that ISIS and America are fighting on the same front.
The same rule is true for the suicide attack in front of the Russian Embassy in Kabul. The ISIS suicide bomber was ordered by the United States to target Russia’s largest diplomatic center in Kabul, as a result of which relations between Kabul and Moscow will be strained and damaged.
This attack took place while the American embassy in Kabul was inactive, but Russia, along with Iran and several other countries, were among the few countries that kept their embassies in Kabul open despite the Taliban coming to power and despite their relations with the Taliban.
This is not something that can be tolerated by America; Therefore, ISIS and Takfiri terrorism are a good tactic to weaken the Taliban and damage their relations with important regional powers such as Russia and Iran. The Herat and Kabul attacks were designed by neo-colonialism and carried out by their takfiri mercenaries. But it will not be the last attack.
