According to the Pak Sahafat news agency some documents reveal that the UAE has granted Israelis judicial, security, tax and customs immunity in the country.

According to the leaked documents, seven Israeli lawyers and officers with UAE identities will be stationed at seven police stations across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman and Umm al-Quwain) at the Dubai Expo. It was also decided that lawyers would work as senior advisers to local police commanders.
According to the documents, the duties of Shabak officers will be under the direct supervision of the UAE Local Police Commander, and a special joint office was opened for each of these lawyers representing Mossad and Shabak in each emirate. Senior UAE police commanders must provide the necessary facilities to establish an independent office for Mossad and Shabak officers alongside their offices.
