Conflict between the Zionist regime police and opponents of the postponement of the controversial plan to reform the judicial system in Tel Aviv

Pak Sahafat – The Zionist media reported on Monday night about the clash between the regime’s police and the protestors of the postponement of the judicial system reform law in Tel Aviv.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from the Palestinian “Sama” news agency, the Zionist media reported that 40 people have been arrested in these clashes so far.

Hebrew-speaking sources announced that Israeli security forces dispersed the protesting crowd in Tel Aviv with water cannons.

Netanyahu announced this evening that “the vote on the judicial reforms will be postponed, but he will not abandon it and his government will not accept the start of a civil war in Israel.

He said in a televised speech: We will postpone voting on judicial reforms, but we will never give up on them.

Without mentioning the widespread pressure and street protests to postpone his controversial plan, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime added: I am against the division of Israelis and I do not accept the civil war in Israel.

Many opposition leaders expressed doubts about Netanyahu’s decision to stop his controversial plan.

In this regard, Avigdor Lieberman, the former war minister of the Zionist regime, who was the main ally of Benjamin Netanyahu, the current prime minister of this regime, said that Bibi does not believe in canceling his plan.

He added: Netanyahu’s words proved that he is not serious about conducting real negotiations and is waiting for the right time to implement his plan.

Yair Lapid, the former Prime Minister and the current leader of the opposition in the Zionist regime’s cabinet, reacted to the suspension of judicial reforms, and Netanyahu threatened him that if the suspension of the plan is canceled, the streets will be filled with people again.

He said: “If Netanyahu wants to deceive us, in the future, he will find himself in front of hundreds of thousands of demonstrators who fight to defend Israel.”

Massive protests and strikes in occupied Palestine forced the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime to temporarily stop his controversial plan.
