This Israeli doctor added: The systems that face problems in normal conditions cannot withstand the increase in work traffic in emergency situations, and we see a 30% increase in requests for psychiatric treatments in each round of military conflicts between the Palestinian forces and the Israeli military (regime).
Pointing out that there are 16 psychiatrists for every 100 people in the occupied Palestinian territories, he clarified that Israelis wait from 4 to 16 months to receive a doctor’s appointment.
