A member of the political bureau of the Hamas movement condemned the British act of declaring the movement a terrorist organization.
According to the Pak Sahafat news agency, quoted by Al-Mayadin TV, Mahmoud al-Zahar, a member of Hamas ‘political bureau, said the British government’s decision to include the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement in the list of terrorist groups would not affect Hamas’ power, a decision that would satisfy Israel and support a plan to normalize relations.
Al-Zahar said: The Zionist pressure group is active in Britain; the Palestinian resistance was able to stand against the Israeli occupiers, in a situation where the Arab countries had previously been defeated. This is difficult for Britain and the Israeli regime.
He added: In the recent battle, the resistance of the resistance, especially Hamas, to the occupiers emphasized that this regime is a fake one, and that what has become an incentive for London to make such a decision is a series of events in those Arab countries that are normalizing Relations with Israel turned. The British action is not only a move against Hamas, but also targeting ordinary Palestinian citizens.

In the meantime; Palestinian resistance groups have condemned the British Home Office’s decision to call Hamas a terrorist group, calling it Britain’s alliance with the Zionists.
The Islamic Jihad movement called the British decision a blow to the Palestinian people’s struggle to retake their land. The Palestinian Resistance Committees have called Britain the mother of the tragedy that befell the Palestinian people. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) has called on Britain to back down from its biased decision against the occupying regime.
The Committee of National and Islamic Groups also called the British decision a kind of confrontation with the Palestinian people. The Ahrar movement also stressed that it should be included in the list of terrorism, it is the Zionist regime.
