Bennett allies with his rival Netanyahu to escape the fall

Pak Sahafat – Zionist media reported Thursday night that incumbent Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is considering forming a government with former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, on this basis, Bennett is considering the possibility of forming an alternative government with Netanyahu.

The investigation into the alliance with Netanyahu comes after a chat with Netanyahu’s party’s Likud party called for Bennett to step down.

Opposition groups in the Israeli political arena, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, are pushing for the overthrow of the coalition cabinet.

The situation of Naftali Bennett’s coalition cabinet has become more complicated in recent days following the escalation of tensions in Jerusalem, and as a result of these events, the Arab List Party has also suspended its membership in the cabinet. If this Arab party leaves Bennett’s cabinet, the fall of his cabinet will be final.

The cabinet of the Zionist regime’s prime minister was on the verge of collapse on April 6, when Knesset member Eid Silman withdrew from cooperating with the Zionist regime’s ruling coalition and the ruling coalition lost its majority.

Silman’s departure from the coalition with Bennett will reduce his cabinet to 60 and his opponents to 60. In this case, the cabinet of Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid will be able to approve their bills only through the vote of parties outside the coalition (such as the Arab Joint List).

If the Zionist regime loses its majority, it will not have much chance of surviving.

But many analysts blame the current events in the Occupied Territories and the conduct of several successful martyrdom operations as the cause of the collapse of Bennett’s cabinet.

The operation has angered many residents of the Occupied Territories against Bennett, and in the latest such incident, many Zionist settlers protested against the Bennett government on Sunday morning (May 7) at the site of the “Al-Aad” martyrdom operation in Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv media reported Thursday night that three residents of the town of Al-Aad, east of Tel Aviv, were killed in a martyrdom operation.

Another operation, dubbed “Ariel,” took place the previous Friday, killing two Palestinian gunmen near the town of Salafit in the northwestern West Bank.
