Arrest of a British MP on charges of rape

Pak Sahafat – Boris Johnson’s party is facing a new scandal, and the media has reported the arrest of a conservative member of the British Parliament on suspicion of serious crimes, including rape.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency from the Guardian website, London City Police have announced that an unnamed British MP has been arrested following a series of two-year investigations into alleged crimes between 2002 and 2009.

In a statement, the city police chief said: A 50-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape, abuse of office and misconduct in public office. “He is still in custody.”

He added: “It’s alleged that these crimes took place in London. The investigation is being led by criminal officers.”

The arrest of the Member of Parliament took place while with the resignation of the conservative members; the time of holding the mid-term parliamentary elections has been announced. Ahmad Khan, a former member of parliament from Wakefield, was convicted of raping a 15-year-old boy. Former Thyrton MP Neil Parish also admitted to watching pornography in the House of Commons.

According to the Guardian, the replacement of the two former MPs will be elected on July 2, and the Labor Party hopes to win a seat in Wakefield. The Liberal Democrats, on the other hand, consider themselves the first lucky city in Tiverton.

Meanwhile, another Conservative member of the House of Commons, David Warburton, who represents the Samerton and Forum constituencies, was reportedly suspended following a sexual harassment investigation in the House of Commons.

A spokesman for his office said the MP had been asked not to give further information to parliament. The speaker asked that the relevant representative not participate in the House of Representatives while the investigation is underway. He said: “We will not comment further until the investigation is completed.”

Last month, British Prime Minister Johnson, along with his wife Carrie Johnson and Chancellor Rishi Sonak, were severely reprimanded and fined by the media for attending a 2020 birthday party.

Many of his supporters in the British Conservative Party are worried about the impact of Johnson’s actions on the party’s reputation as a party of law and order, but have so far refused to take action against the Prime Minister by calling for a vote of no confidence.
