American Institute: Saudi Arabia is facing an unprecedented state of insecurity

An American institution said that Saudi Arabia is facing an unprecedented situation of insecurity.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency International Group, The Institute of Arab Gulf States in Washington announced that Saudi Arabia is facing a situation of growing insecurity, while the country is isolated from most of the Western parties that have ensured its security and provided it with weapons.

The American institute emphasized in its study that Saudi Arabia has been attacked by Yemeni missiles and the Yemeni war has spiraled out of control to the point that today Saudi security is more vulnerable than it was in 2015.

Due to the growing insecurity facing Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Crown Prince has been isolated by most of the Western parties that have guaranteed arms supplies to the country.

Some politicians in Canada, Germany and Britain have all suggested restricting arms exports to Saudi Arabia. In the United States, a bipartisan consensus has begun against arms sales to Saudi Arabia.

The US special envoy for Yemen, Timothy Landerking, said the Yemenis had carried out about 375 cross-border attacks on Saudi Arabia in 2021.

Earlier, Yemeni Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf said that Sanaa could harm the invading Arab countries, especially Saudi Arabia, in various ways without the use of drones and missiles, so that Saudi Arabia would become insecure in the future.

Recently, Saudi and US officials announced that Saudi Arabia’s weapons stockpile was running out, and that Saudi Arabia had asked the United States and some European countries for immediate assistance.

Despite spending billions of dollars, the Saudi Air Force remains inefficient in the anti-aircraft sector, and successive Ansarullah attacks have exposed the weakness of the Saudi military’s expensive systems.
