The first meeting of the Negev in March 2022 was held in the Negev at the invitation of Yair Lapid, the then foreign minister of the Zionist regime, and with the presence of the foreign ministers of the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Bahrain, and Egypt.

The High Committee of the Zionist Government held a meeting on Sunday to present a plan for the construction of more than 4,500 new residential units in the Zionist settlements of the West Bank.

In this regard, Channel 7 of the Zionist regime TV announced that this plan will be implemented within the framework of the plan to build 10,000 residential units for settlers in the West Bank, and it was previously approved in a meeting of the Ministry of Housing of the Zionist regime.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Palestinian Authority, in response to this decision by Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet, considered it a dangerous step in the direction of annexing the West Bank to the occupied territories.
