A shooting in Georgia killed a black girl

A black girl who was shot in the back on the way to Christmas shopping later died at the hospital.

A shooting in a city in the US state of Georgia resulted in the death of a seven-year-old girl.

According to the Fox News website, a black girl who was shot in the back a few days ago in Atlanta, USA, died in the hospital on Saturday night (local time).

According to local reports, the little girl, named “Kennedy Maxi”, was walking with her family to a Christmas shopping mall when she heard gunshots.

The girl’s aunt, who was sitting behind the wheel, said, after hearing the shooting, she continued on his way, but shortly afterwards she, realized that her niece had been shot in the back of the head.

“The brutal murder of Kennedy has broken our hearts,” the Atlanta mayor said, noting that police have reached important milestones.

According to the report, the Maxi family was not the main target of the shooting, but the bullet was fired during a clash in a parking lot near Kennedy.

There have been numerous reports of deadly shootings in various US states over the past few days.

US media reported that, seven people were killed in a series of shootings in Chicago over the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), three of whom were killed on Christmas Day (December 25).

At least one person was killed and five others were injured in a shooting Sunday morning in Lane, Massachusetts.

In addition to Sunday morning shooting in Lane, three people were killed and at least three others were injured in a shooting at a bowling alley in Rockford, Illinois, on Saturday night.

The shooting in Miami, Florida, left three people injured and taken to hospital immediately. In another shooting incident in the city on Friday, a 70-year-old woman was killed and four others were injured. The incident took place in a residential house in Lakeland, Florida.
