Israel’s miscalculation from Gaza to Lebanon / How did Hezbollah remind the enemy of its red lines?

Hezbollah, using the miscalculation of the Zionist regime, once again drew its red lines against the enemy and emphasized that any encroachment on Lebanese sovereignty is prohibited.

According to Al-Akhbar, the Zionist regime probably did not think that when it launched an air strike on southern Lebanon on Thursday morning, violating the red lines and laws that had been in place since 2006 after the resistance won the July war against the regime.

After the end of the Battle of the Sword of Jerusalem and the victory of the Palestinian resistance over the Zionist enemy, Israel’s strategy against the Lebanese resistance was based on the creation of internal seditions in the country and the suffocating economic crisis; But Hezbollah, responding quickly to the Zionist aggression, stressed that the resistance has redrawn its red lines and that any invasion of Lebanese territory by the occupiers is prohibited, and that the enemy should not make miscalculations about the resistance.

In fact, Hezbollah’s responses exposed the enemy’s miscalculation and forced it to retreat. The resistance was able to recall the equations and rules of the conflict on the southern Lebanese front against the Zionist enemy, and used the miscalculation of the Zionists, who thought that in the light of the deteriorating economic and living conditions in Lebanon, they could affect Hezbollah’s deterrent power.

However, the most important result of the recent confrontations between the Lebanese resistance and the Zionist enemy lies in answering the following questions:

What would have happened if Hezbollah had not responded to the equation that the Zionist enemy intended to impose on Lebanon? How and to what extent were the subsequent aggressions of the Zionist enemy supposed to take place, and what will be the consequences of these events on the Lebanese domestic arena? In the end, how can Israel withdraw its aggression at the same time as economic pressure on the Lebanese people?

The Zionists made a mistake in their calculations about the Lebanese resistance and atmosphere due to the recent developments in the country and forced Israel to allow it to invade Lebanese sovereignty.

In fact, the Zionist regime repeated the same mistake it made last May in Palestine and the recent Gaza war in Lebanon; because during the Gaza war, he estimated that the resistance groups in the Gaza Strip would not pay any attention to the aggression of the Zionist settlers against the Palestinians in the occupied Jerusalem, while the opposite happened.

But the question that has occupied the minds of many analysts is; Are these miscalculations of the Israelis due to defects in the structure of the models of intelligence analysis and evaluation and the intelligence organization of the Zionist regime, or are the officials of these organizations to blame for the misunderstanding of the realities on earth? In any case, each of these two cases is a strategic threat to the Zionists and can cause damage to them whose level and boundaries are not clear.

But the fact that we have to point out is that if Hezbollah had not responded to the Israeli aggression in southern Lebanon on Thursday, it would have made the enemy even more arrogant. The Zionists also did not anticipate that Hezbollah would respond in the current turbulent situation in Lebanon, so that Tel Aviv could safely continue its aggression against Lebanese sovereignty at a higher level.

But Hezbollah once again proved its equation to the Zionists on the basis of the “eye for an eye” rule and clarified its red lines for them; As a result, Israel has suffered a great deal at the strategic level, which has led it to back down from its recent claims of an invasion of Lebanon.

The chaotic situation of the Zionists can be seen in the contradictory positions of the media and its analysts; Where Israeli experts first stated in the newspaper Ma’ariu that Israeli airstrikes on targets in southern Lebanon are a major shift in Israeli cabinet policy since Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has prompted Israelis to pursue more aggressive policies against Iran and its allies. But after Hezbollah responded to the aggression of the Zionist enemy, we saw that the same experts emphasized: The recent events on the northern border are causing great problems for Israel and the Israeli army and its political officials do not want to enter the Lebanese swamp, and we do not want the northern front of Israel to become unstable.

But how did the Zionists reach two contradictory results in such a short time? According to the Zionist media report, the Israelis do not want to do anything that will not harm the Lebanese, and at the same time they do not want the resistance to respond to them.

But what has happened now is that the Zionist regime has chosen the option of retreating and has dropped its bets on the possibility of violating the laws against Lebanese sovereignty and abusing the internal situation in the country.

Accordingly, a spokesman for the Israeli army, while previously emphasizing that Israel would respond to any attack from Lebanese territory, said after Hezbollah’s missile responses: Neither side is looking for war, and the Israeli military is evaluating appropriate ways to respond to missile strikes.

The reaction of Israeli political and military officials to Hezbollah’s missile response to the Israeli airstrikes was also significant; Frequent meetings and very few statements and actions.

In this regard, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Naftali Bennett, called for an emergency meeting with the presence of senior Tel Aviv officials at the headquarters of the Ministry of War. And while Minister of War Bani Gantz and Chief of Staff Avio Kukhawi and other Zionist officials were present at the meeting, only Israel’s progress options were evaluated and no statement or action was taken.

The Israeli Minister of War also held an emergency meeting with the head of the Israeli army’s operations branch and the head of the Israeli intelligence branch to discuss Israel’s options for responding to Hezbollah; But nothing came out of these meetings, moreover, the Zionists’ withdrawal from the field indicated the limitation of the options ahead of them.

Accordingly, the Zionists are trying to save themselves by being oppressed in the international community; Where Benny Gantz said in a phone call with US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin that Israel calls on the international community, and in particular the United States, to oblige the Lebanese government to cease rocket attacks on “Israel.”
