Lebanese sources reported the sudden departure of the Saudi ambassador to Beirut and her return from Lebanon to Riyadh.
The Lebanese Al-Jadeed network reported that Saudi Ambassador to Beirut Walid al-Bukhari immediately left for Riyadh for consultations.
The Lebanese network did not mention the Saudi ambassador’s sudden visit.
The return of the Saudi ambassador to his country coincided with the arrival of the first Iranian fuel tankers in Lebanon.
