Continued violation of the Yemeni ceasefire by the Saudi coalition

Pak Sahafat – Saudi coalition forces violated 101 Yemeni firearms in the past 24 hours, news sources reported Friday morning.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, the official Yemeni news agency (Saba), Saudi forces violated the UN ceasefire by conducting reconnaissance and reconnaissance flights over the provinces of Ma’rib, Hajjah, Al-Jawf, Taiz, Saada, Dhala and Bayda, and the border axes.

The Saudi coalition forces also targeted the positions of the Yemeni army and popular committees in the provinces of Ma’rib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada and Za’l with heavy artillery and rocket attacks.

The Yemeni ceasefire, which has been repeatedly violated by the Saudi aggression coalition, was finally extended for another two months last Thursday following UN consultations to renew it.

The Yemeni Supreme Political Council stressed last Wednesday that the extension of the ceasefire is conditional on the fulfillment of all obligations under the previous ceasefire and compensation for violations.

On April 26, 2015, Saudi Arabia launched a large-scale offensive against Yemen, the poorest Arab country, in the form of a coalition of several Arab countries, including the United Arab Emirates, with the help and green light of the United States and the Zionist regime.

Contrary to the Saudis’ expectations, their attacks hit the stronghold of the Yemeni people’s resistance, and after seven years of stability and painful Yemeni strikes deep into Saudi territory, especially the Aramco facility, Riyadh was forced to accept a ceasefire in hopes of exiting the Yemeni war quagmire.
