Yemeni Army: We targeted the oil facility in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia

A spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces said Sunday that the country’s missile and drone unit had launched a major two-phase operation at several critical facilities in central, western and southwestern Saudi Arabia.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency International Group, Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sari announced the details of the retaliatory operation of the Yemeni forces deep inside Saudi Arabia.

He said in a previous press conference The Yemeni Armed Forces, in response to the legal response to the continuing attacks and the brutal siege against the Yemeni people by the Saudi-Emirati coalition, carried out a large-scale military operation entitled “Operation 2: Breaking the Siege of Yemen.”

According to the statement, in the first phase of the operation, it targeted a number of important and vital facilities of the Saudi enemy in Riyadh and the Yanbu region (west of Saudi Arabia) and some other areas by firing cruise missiles, ballistic missiles and UAVs.

Sari said: “Following the success of the first phase of the operation, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out the second phase of the operation, which targeted a number of vital and important targets in areas such as Abha, Khamis Mushait and Jizan, Samteh and Dhahran Al-Janub with a series of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and UAVs.”

He stressed that the Yemeni Armed Forces are capable of conducting a unique large-scale military operation to defeat the oppressive siege of Yemen, which will include goals that the criminal enemy does not think of.

A spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces said the force has a bank of targets with full coordinates in Saudi Arabia, each of which is likely to be targeted by operations and attacks. The brigadier general also warned the aggressors of the consequences of continuing the siege of Yemen.
