Who is the godfather of the normalization of relations between Bahrain and Israel?

Pak Sahafat – A French information base revealed the effective role of Nasser bin Hamad, the second son of the King of Bahrain, in establishing relations between the government of Bahrain and the Zionist regime.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, the “Intelligence Online” news and analysis site, specialized in intelligence affairs, revealed the increasing influence of “Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa”, the commander of the royal guard, national security advisor and head of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports of Bahrain, in the governing body of this country.

In its report, this website points to the continuous effort of Nasser bin Hamad, the son of the Shah of Bahrain, to control the security and intelligence services in this small country of the Persian Gulf, and his central role in managing the normalization of relations with the Zionist regime, as well as his role in Bahrain’s participation in the Saudi attack.

According to Intelligence Online, Nasser bin Hamad is trying to control the security and intelligence services at the expense of his half-brother, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad. Years ago, he gained extensive responsibilities in the Manama Palace, notably by playing an active role in leading the security and intelligence services that responded violently to the 2011 popular protests.

This news site pointed out that a few months after those protests, his father appointed him as the commander of the royal guard, and this was the starting point for the young prince to continue climbing the tree of influence in the ruling body of Bahrain, adding: Nasser bin Hamad was also appointed as the National Security Adviser in 2019 and as the Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council, which is the highest defense authority in Bahrain, in 2020.

According to this report, since assuming these important positions, the young prince started his strategy to dominate the country’s foreign policy in two issues: fighting the “Ansarullah” movement in Yemen, marginalizing Qatar in the region, and confronting Iran.

This report also stated that despite the fact that “Salman bin Hamad” (the crown prince – the first son of the king) is the main supervisor of Bahrain’s intelligence services and has a good relationship with various branches of the Ministry of Defense, he still suffers from his father’s special relationship with “Nasser bin Hamad”.

The report further states that Nasser bin Hamad’s economic influence inside the country has increased through the management of a private investment fund called Infinity Capital – which he uses to advance his personal interests abroad.

This report sheds light on the relationship between the Bahraini prince and the UAE in general and with Mohammed bin Zayed, the president of the UAE in particular, and says that in 2009, “Nasser bin Hamad” married “Sheikha bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum”, one of the daughters of the Emir of Dubai, and became Bahrain’s point of contact with “Mohammed bin Zayed” and “Tahnoon bin Zayed”, the national security advisor of the UAE, and with cooperate with the Zionist enemy and America to reform the regional security structure.

In its report, “Intelligence Online” introduced the Bahraini prince as the godfather of Bahrain’s normalization with the Israeli enemy and added: Having hosted delegations from Israel’s Mossad in his offices at the royal court long before the September 2020 “Ibrahim Compromise,” Nasser also orchestrated the massive importation of Israeli electronic gadgets that remain at the heart of Bahrain’s global strategy. This gave Nasser exclusive access to the Pegasus spy software of the Israeli company NSO. The use of this spy software against many Bahraini activists was a factor for closer security relations.
