Warning of the central bank of the Zionist regime regarding the fall in the value of the shekel

Pak Sahafat – The Central Bank of the Zionist regime warned against the further fall in the value of the Shekel (the currency of the Zionist regime) with the continuation of the political crisis.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from “Sama” news agency, the Central Bank of Israel increased the bank interest rate for the ninth time in less than a year on Monday.

With an increase of 0.25%, the bank interest rate of this regime reached 4.5% for the first time since 2006.

The head of the Central Bank of the Zionist regime warned on Monday about the negative impact of Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet’s efforts to approve the plan to weaken the judicial system on the value of this regime’s currency.

Amir Yaron said: “Increasing the bank interest rate will weaken the value of the shekel, and if Netanyahu’s cabinet does not reach an agreement with its opponents and the crisis continues, the value of the shekel will continue to fall.”

He added: If all the threats and risks listed by the Bank of Israel for the economy of this regime are implemented, the amount of production will decrease by 49 billion shekels.

In recent weeks, dozens of cities from the north to the south of occupied Palestine, including Tel Aviv, Haifa, occupied Jerusalem, Beersheba, Rishon Letzion, and Herzliya, have been the scene of demonstrations against the far-right cabinet and clashes between protesters and the security forces of this regime, as well as protesters and Supporters of Netanyahu’s coalition.

This demonstration was held in the shadow of a fierce conflict between the far-right cabinet coalition headed by Netanyahu and the opposition faction headed by Yair Lapid, the former prime minister of the Zionist regime, over the controversial bill for changes in the judicial system.

The leaders of the opposition of the Zionist regime consider the judicial reforms of Netanyahu’s cabinet as a “coup” and to weaken the judicial system and Netanyahu’s attempt to prevent his trial for three cases of corruption and bribery, and they believe that these actions of the cabinet will lead the Zionist regime towards conflict and war.
