Trump’s threatening post on social networks

Pak Sahafat – After Donald Trump declared his innocence in court, his threatening post on the social network caught the attention of prosecutors and judges.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, after Donald Trump declared his innocence during the indictment hearing on Thursday, his threatening post on the social network was noticed by prosecutors and judges.

“If you go to court after me, I’ll come after you,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social a day after the court hearing.

With the publication of this post, the prosecutors raised the issue in a petition late last night that he may have intended to intimidate witnesses by improperly disclosing confidential government documents.

Special counsel Jack Smith said in the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Washington, that Trump’s post raises concerns that he may expose classified government documents, such as grand jury transcripts he received from prosecutors, to the public.

According to this report, the prosecutors in this lawsuit pointed out that Trump had a history of attacking judges, prosecutors and witnesses in cases that were not in his favor, stating that this may have a detrimental effect on the witnesses or an adverse effect on the judgment.

Meanwhile, Trump’s spokesman defended the post of the former president in a statement.

The statement said the post represents a political viewpoint and is in response to disingenuous China-friendly special interest groups.

On Thursday, the former president of the United States denied the charges and claimed his innocence in the court of clarification of his accusation regarding the attempt to invalidate the results of the 2020 elections.

Trump, as one of the Republican candidates in the 2024 presidential election, is facing charges such as conspiracy to deceive the nation, trying to prevent the Congress from confirming Joe Biden’s victory, and disenfranchising voters.

It is the third lawsuit filed against Trump this year, but the first to try to hold him accountable for trying to stay in power in the weeks between his election defeat and the attack on Congress.

Trump has said he has done nothing wrong and accused special counsel Jack Smith of trying to thwart his chances of returning to the White House in 2024, according to Euronews.

He pleaded not guilty before a federal judge. His legal team has described this case as an attack on his right to freedom of expression.

The prosecutors agreed to the terms of the former president’s release until the trial.
