According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report, the Guardian newspaper wrote in a report: According to the EU law enforcement agency Europol, four days ago, a major European cocaine trafficking network that was recently dismantled was being operated from Dubai.
The newspaper pointed out that the operators of this network felt that there was no possibility of harming them due to the facilities provided by the authorities and the high standard of living in Dubai.
Four days ago, the Europol agency announced the destruction of a large European cocaine trafficking network and the arrest of 49 suspects related to different countries, including 6 important targets in Dubai.
According to this statement, these arrests were made following the results of the investigations conducted in Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and the UAE, which were carried out with the support of Europol regarding the extensive activities of this drug trafficking and money laundering network.
Europol released a clip of real estate and luxury cars that were confiscated and added in a statement: The amount of cocaine imported into Europe under the supervision and leadership of the suspects is very high, and the law enforcement agency discovered and confiscated more than 30 tons during the investigation.
The agency reported that Dubai has arrested 2 high-profile suspects linked to the Netherlands, 2 people linked to Spain and others linked to France.
A source at Europol, who did not want to be named, said: One of the Dutch suspects is of great importance.

According to this statement, 13 people were arrested in Spain, 6 people in France and 10 people in Belgium; While in the framework of this operation last year, 14 people were arrested in the Netherlands.
One of the suspects is a 37-year-old person with dual Dutch and Moroccon nationality who was arrested on suspicion of importing thousands of kilograms of cocaine to the Netherlands in 2020 and 2021.
The public prosecutor of the Netherlands said in a statement: These are dangerous criminal offenses related to international drug trafficking, especially from South America through the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.
Another suspect is a 40-year-old man with dual Dutch and Bosnian nationality.
According to the Emirates Leaks website, the destruction of this network is the latest reason for condemning the UAE, which is referred to as the management center of the most dangerous criminal groups and the paradise of these groups.
The site added that criminal networks have spread alarmingly in the Emirate of Dubai, and given the weak security system that protects citizens and expatriates, sexual relations are used as a gateway for victims.
According to Emirates Leaks, Brigadier Abdullah Al-Massim, the head of the Police Centers Management Council in Dubai, has warned of the consequences of going to unauthorized massage centers and responding to massage cards that are randomly distributed.
Al-Massim clarified that anyone who cooperates with them, in addition to the possibility of being exposed to the risk of theft or extortion from the workers of those centers, exposes himself to legal responsibility.
He pointed out that as an example of the criminal method of this crime, it is creating fake accounts in the application networks of social networks and showing pictures of girls and trapping the victims and then stealing or blackmailing them.
