The Israeli regime is concerned about the increasing role of China in the Middle East

Pak Sahafat – Political, military and security circles of the Zionist regime expressed their concern about the increasing role of China in the Middle East to the detriment of the United States as Tel Aviv’s traditional ally.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report, “Itmar Eichner”, the political reporter of the Zionist newspaper “Yediot Aharonot”, stated about the increase of China’s international presence, especially in the Middle East: The current developments have revealed the increasing involvement of China in the Middle East for the Israeli regime, and when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was asked about this in an interview with CNBC, he said that we respect China, but we have an alliance with the United States.

“Ran Bin Yishai”, the commentator of the military and security affairs of the Zionist regime, also stated: Washington considers Beijing to be its main rival and enemy in all economic and military fields, so it is worrying for Israel that China develops its strong presence in the Middle East at the expense of America, which is Israel’s supporting power in the region.

“Tommy Steiner”, an expert on relations between China and the Israeli regime in the Signal Group, also stated: Netanyahu’s words mean that Israel is realizing that China’s involvement in political and strategic issues in the Middle East may be detrimental to Tel Aviv because the principles that China has basically followed in the framework of the “Global Security Initiative” for reconciliation between Saudi Arabia and Iran , is very problematic from Israel’s point of view because it seeks to maintain the security of all regional parties and not the “absolute security” of one of them over the others.

He said: Israel’s interests are in preventing the development of China’s political influence in the Middle East. Israel and its regional partners are frustrated with the decline of US interest in the Middle East because Washington’s competition with China and Russia affects Washington’s core political and strategic interests; although the Middle East has lost its importance for America. Regardless of whether the assessment of America’s interests in the region is correct or not, it must be said that this is the factor that makes China increase its involvement in the Middle East.
