The Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council announced the arrest of US President Donald Trump for the crime of assassinating the commanders of the martyred resistance this morning.
The Iraqi Al-Rasafa Investigative Court has ordered the arrest of US President Donald Trump, whose presidency is officially coming to an end today.
The Special Judge of the Al-Rasafa Investigation Court, who was assigned the responsibility of the case of the assassination of Abu Mahdi Al-Mohandes, the deputy head of the Al-Hashd Al-Shabi Organization, and his comrades, issued an accordance on arrested Donald Trump today (Thursday, January 7th) with Article 406 of the Iraqi Penal Code.
According to a statement from the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, a copy of which was published on Al-Ma’loumeh news website, the special judge of the court, who was in charge of investigating the assassination of Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes and his companions, this morning after the completion of the preliminary investigation also issued a warrant for Trump’s arrest.
The statement said: “Investigations will continue to identify other perpetrators, both Iraqi and non-Iraqi, in the crime”.
