The deputy of “Lashkar-e-Taiba” was included in the list of global terrorists

Pak Sahafat – The sanctions committee of the UN Security Council placed the deputy of the Lashkar-e-Taiba group on the list of global terrorists.

According to the Pak Sahafat news agency, the sanctions committee of the UN Security Council has blacklisted Abdul Rahman Makki, the deputy head of the Lashkar-e-Taiba group, as a global terrorist.

68-year-old Makki is the brother-in-law of Hafiz Saeed, the founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba, and due to being blacklisted by the Security Council, he will be subject to confiscation of assets, travel ban and arms embargo.

Lashkar-e-Taiba is accused by India of carrying out numerous attacks against the citizens and military forces of this country, the most famous of which are the attack on the Indian Parliament in 2001 and the November 2008 attacks in Mumbai.

This group is known as a terrorist organization in India, Pakistan, America, England, Russia, Australia and the European Union.

Some experts believe that the Intelligence Organization of the Pakistan Army known as “ISI” provides intelligence and protection assistance to Lashkar-e-Taiba.
