Taliban demanded Japanese investment in Afghanistan’s mines

Pak Sahafat – Sheikh Shahabuddin Delawar, Acting Minister of Mines and Industry of Afghanistan, in a meeting with Takashi Okada, the Japanese ambassador in Kabul, requested Tokyo to invest in the mining sector of his country.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, quoting Bakhtar news agency, in this meeting, the Japanese ambassador in Kabul pointed out the long-standing relations between this country and Afghanistan and said: Tokyo is willing to help the people of Afghanistan based on its long-standing relations so that the people of this country do not face problems.

He added: Japan will help and cooperate with Afghan people in various sectors.

Meanwhile, the Acting Minister of Mines and Industry talked about investing in Afghanistan’s mines and the historical friendship between Afghanistan and Japan.

He said: Now security is ensured throughout the country and we can easily travel from one province to another without any risk. Therefore, Japan and all national and international investors who want to invest in the mining sector in Afghanistan; we will provide the ground for them.

According to Delavar; In terms of women’s education, there is no obstacle from the current government, and a serious effort will be made to provide a better field of education and work for women.

At the end of the meeting, the Acting Minister of Mines and Industry appreciated Japan’s assistance and said that Afghanistan is looking for positive relations with all the countries of the world.

Previously, the Japanese ambassador in Kabul, in a meeting with a number of Afghan officials, had promised all kinds of cooperation with the people of this country.
