In a speech on World Al-Quds Day, the secretary general of Hezbollah in Lebanon Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah described Imam Khomeini’s wise initiative and said that the Palestinian issue had taken on a new spirit.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency International Group, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, said in a speech at the “Al-Quds Minbar” virtual conference that the wisdom behind Imam Khomeini’s naming of Quds Day is becoming clearer day by day.
He said that the issue of Palestine has found a new life and has found supporters, mujahideen and supporters who are willing to sacrifice for the sake of Jerusalem.
Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah called the Zionist regime’s strategy to forget the issue of Palestine, relying on the element of the passage of time, and said that the Zionist enemy seeks to make the people of the region forget the Palestinian cause.

He stressed that the issue of Quds has returned to the forefront today and that Quds has become the main issue of the Islamic Ummah and that in fact the axis of resistance should be called the axis of Quds, because Quds is the gathering point of all countries, groups and nations.
Seyed Hassan Nasrallah added: “Today, real armies have been created for Al-Quds, and fighters who have steel will and their hearts are on Al-Quds. The issue of Jerusalem has changed the internal equations of Palestine and the region today, and it must be said that the Battle of the Sword of Jerusalem continues to have an impact on the Palestinian space.”
According to the Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, Gaza has proved to the Zionist regime and its masters in the world that the Palestinian people will never be forgotten and will never leave their land, no matter how difficult it is to live there.
Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah considered the issue of Jerusalem a responsibility on the part of the Islamic Ummah and said that Hezbollah in Lebanon considers itself at the forefront of the struggle alongside the Palestinian resistance and in this way bears all the consequences and pressures until the Quds returns to its owners.
He stressed that all the attacks in Lebanon and the siege and sanctions are all aimed at stopping the Lebanese resistance from Jerusalem and Palestine, but that resistance to pressure and sanctions is part of the resistance.
Hassan Nasrallah said: “Just as war and killing do not eliminate us, so can siege, sanctions and pressure.”
He emphasized: “And this is a covenant that we have made with our great martyrs, in the introduction of them, the martyr Quds Qassem Soleimani, who sacrificed his life for Palestine.”
