Saudi sources: The Saudi royal palace is on emergency

Informed Saudi sources said that the Saudi king is deeply concerned about the US government’s treatment of Mohammed bin Salman and called on advisers and officials to provide a solution.

Informed sources inside the Saudi royal palace say that the royal court and high-ranking Saudi officials are in a state of readiness to confront US political action against Mohammed bin Salman.

According to the Saudi WikiLeaks website, the pressures of the US government have caused the King of Saudi Arabia to ask all officials and advisers in a meeting two days ago to find a way to reduce the White House anger against the Saudi Crown Prince.

An informed official told the website that King Salman is outraged by the Biden administration’s tense tone towards Saudi Arabia and the US president’s lack of contact with Mohammed bin Salman, and has called on officials and advisers to open strong channels of communication with the Biden administration as soon as possible to reduce tensions.

The Saudi king also said at the meeting that he was considering issuing a general amnesty for hundreds of imprisoned men and women before Ramadan to reduce the US government’s tone on human rights cases in Saudi Arabia.

The letter states that Saudi Arabia is ready to discuss various issues and US demands with the Biden government.

The Saudi government plans to release an intelligence report on the assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashgechi at the Saudi consulate in the first week of next month, a source familiar with the matter told the Arab 21 website on Friday.

Meanwhile, the Russian newspaper Nizavisimaya Gazeta wrote in an article that the Biden government’s actions were a political siege on Mohammed bin Salman, and that Washington preferred to contact the Saudi king instead of the crown prince.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump had a special relationship with Bin Salman and made his first foreign trip to Saudi Arabia in 2017.
