Pompeo reveals new dimensions of Tel Aviv-Abu Dhabi normalization agreement

Referring to aspects of the normalization agreement between the Zionist regime and the UAE, the former US Secretary of State said that the sale of the F-35 to Abu Dhabi was an integral part of the agreement.

Former Secretary of State Donald Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told the Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth that the sale of F-35 fighter jets to the UAE was an integral part of the normalization agreement between Israel and the UAE.

He said about this: A series of measures, including the F-35 fighter contract, helped advance the relationship normalization agreements and eventually led to their signing.

Pompeo emphasized: Despite repeated efforts by Israeli, US and UAE officials to deny that the arms deal was part of normalization talks, Donald Trump administration officials acknowledged it and put Abu Dhabi in a better position to receive these advanced weapons.

Revealing new dimensions of the signing of the agreement on the normalization of relations between the Arabs and the Zionist regime, the former US Secretary of State said that the assassination of Sardar martyr Qassem Soleimani, commander of the IRGC’s Quds Force, was closely linked to the normalization of relations.

According to Pompeo, Washington has signed a $ 23 billion deal with Abu Dhabi to sell 50 F-35s and 18 unmanned aerial vehicles and other technologies to a number of major US defense contractors.
