Minister of Human Rights of Pakistan: We are aligned with Iran in rejecting the pressure of human rights claimants

Pak Sahafat – The Minister of Human Rights Affairs of Pakistan praised the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran to strengthen bilateral relations and said: Tehran and Islamabad support each other in international forums and are united in rejecting the pressure of human rights claimants.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, Riaz Hossein Pirzadeh said during an interview in Islamabad on Wednesday: Close interactions in the Islamic world, especially with important players in the region, help us to do more to improve human rights.

Emphasizing the importance of bilateral cooperation between Iran and Pakistan in regional and international forums on human rights issues, he added: Fortunately, today the situation in our countries and other Islamic countries is much better than the countries that claim to defend human rights.

Pirzadeh said that Iran has always supported Pakistan in regional and international forums and we are also proud to support the friendly and brotherly country of Iran and we believe that only by cooperating with the Islamic Republic of Iran we can achieve common goals, one of which is improving the quality of life.

He added: Today, we are witnessing an increase in the aggression of the Israeli regime in the occupied Palestinian territories and widespread violations of human rights. Together, Iran and Pakistan defend the rights of Palestine and the people of Kashmir, and I hope that with the improvement of interactions in the Islamic world, the process of our support for the oppressed nations will be strengthened.

The Minister of Human Rights of Pakistan considered the restoration of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia to be a source of strength for the hearts of the nations of the region and added: We are witnessing similar developments in the Middle East, including Syria.
