Member of Islamic Jihad: We have no option but unity in the field of resistance

Pak Sahafat – “Khalid Batsh”, one of the leaders of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, in a speech in Gaza on Thursday night on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of “Earth Day”, said that we have no option but unity in the field of resistance.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from Palestine Alyoum website, Khaled Batash said: There is no option for our nation except unity in the field of resistance and confrontation, and the sword of Quds will never be sheathed until the return of the refugees and the liberation of Palestine, and the stable nation of Palestine will remain strong and stable in the occupied lands.

The senior member of the Islamic Jihad movement added: The way to liberate Palestine is only through the barrel of guns, the unity of trenches and weapons.

He added that the commemoration of this year’s “Earth Day” has coincided with the peak of the Zionist attack against our people through harassment, destruction, displacement and siege.

Batash further pointed to the intensification of the Zionists’ attacks against the Palestinian nation, including the pursuit of Palestinians, the destruction of houses, the displacement of Palestinians and their siege, and about the efforts of the occupying regime to remove historical cities, to put Palestinians in a tight spot, and to Judaize these cities based on distorted narratives.

The senior member of Islamic Jihad also emphasized that any normalization of relations with the Zionist regime and its recognition is a stab in the back of the Palestinian nation.

In the end, referring to the operations of the Palestinian resistance forces in the West Bank, he said that the children of Palestine in the occupied territories are the supporters and helpers of the besieged and resistant people of Gaza.

Every year, Palestinians celebrate March 30, which is the anniversary of the occupation of thousands of hectares of Palestinian land by the occupiers in 1976, as “Land Day”.
