Martydom of a Palestinian woman prisoner in Israeli prison

A Palestinian captive woman was martyred as a result of medical carelessness and neglect of the Zionist Prisons Organization, and resulted in the condemnation of Palestinian groups.

According to the international group of Pak Sahafat news agency, The Palestinian media reported the martyrdom of “Sadia Matar”, a 68-year-old female Palestinian captive, in “Damon” prison in Hebron.

Martyr Saadiyeh Matar Farajollah was born in 1954 in “Izna” town located in Hebron province. She was the oldest Palestinian woman imprisoned by the Israeli regime and has eight children.

On December 18, 2021, the soldiers of the occupying Al-Quds regime assaulted and arrested this Palestinian lady near the Ibrahimi Shrine (Ebrahimi Mosque) under the pretext of trying to attack with a cold weapon.

During the period of forced and inhuman imprisonment in the prisons of the Israeli regime, she suffered from several diseases and requested to see a doctor many times for her treatment to the Damon prison administration, but they did not agree.

With the martyrdom of this Palestinian lady, the number of martyrs of Palestinian captives in the prisons of the Israeli regime reached 230 people.

Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Jibarin and other groups, while condoling the martyrdom of this Palestinian woman, held the Zionist regime responsible for her martyrdom and neglecting Palestinian prisoners.

Ahmed Bahr, the Speaker of the Palestinian Parliament, in response to the martyrdom of this captive, demanded an investigation into her martyrdom.
