Judiciary lined up against Netanyahu/ prosecutor’s request to revoke B.B.’s immunity

Pak Sahafat – The crisis between the judiciary and the cabinet of the Zionist regime has escalated, and the Attorney General of this regime demanded to revoke the immunity of the Prime Minister of this regime, Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, from the Zionist newspaper “The Times of Israel”, “Gali Baharav Miara” asked the Supreme Court of this regime to cancel the law based on which the courts were prohibited from asking for the resignation of Netanyahu, nicknamed “B.B.”

In this request to the Supreme Court, the Knesset (Parliament) of this regime abused the position of this institution to approve a law that creates immunity for the Prime Minister.

This Zionist official added: The aforementioned law was written in line with one person’s personal interests and should be repealed.

In response to the actions of the Attorney General of the Zionist regime, Netanyahu’s lawyers stated that the courts cannot cancel “basic laws” and emphasized that such a ruling by the Supreme Court is not acceptable in their opinion.

The heads of the ruling coalition of the Zionist regime also issued a statement in support of Netanyahu and declared the action of the Attorney General of the Zionist regime to be “disrespectful to the votes of Israelis and an attempt to overthrow the elected cabinet.”

The Zionist newspaper The Times of Israel wrote: This is the first time that the Supreme Court cancels one of the “basic laws”, and if it is canceled, a new crisis will develop between this court and the Knesset.

According to the basic laws of the Zionist regime in the field of conflict of interest, Netanyahu could not become the prime minister, but the Knesset passed a law in March to remove the legal obstacle to his becoming prime minister.

The Zionist newspaper “The Times of Israel” did not consider the cancellation of the aforementioned law to mean the ability of the courts to force Netanyahu to step down because the Supreme Court still has to approve the request of the public courts for his step down.

The ruling cabinet of the Zionist regime, with the support of its representatives in the Knesset (Parliament), approved the draft law “Abrogation of Reasonableness Evidence” in the framework of the judicial changes bill.

During its long session, the Knesset went into a convulsion with the protests and shouts of the representatives for and against this draft.

The approval of this law is the first step in reducing the powers of the Zionist judicial system. According to the approval of this bill, the Zionist judicial system no longer has the right to cancel the decisions of the Zionist cabinet and its ministers under the pretext of unreasonableness.
