Is there a possibility that Netanyahu will return to power?

With the dissolution of the Knesset of the Zionist regime and the holding of future elections, the question of forming coalitions and the possible return of Netanyahu to power has been raised again.

According to the report of the international group of Pak Sahafat news agency, the results of the latest survey conducted in the occupied territories indicate that Benjamin Netanyahu may return to the position of prime minister of the Zionist regime, because the right-wing camp led by him is likely to take over 63 Knesset seats.

Israel’s Hebrew language channel 7 says that the results of a survey show that if the Israeli Interior Minister Ailit Shakid’s faction joins with Benjamin Netanyahu, the former prime minister of this regime, he can create a coalition consisting of 63 Knesset representatives.

According to this report, if Yemina’s party enters the election competition led by “Aylit Shakid”, it will gain 5 Knesset seats, in addition to the fact that it has no objection to participating in the government coalition led by Netanyahu.

Also, the results of this survey show that Likud parties 34, Yesh Atid 20, Blue-White 9, Religious Zionism 9, Shas 8, Yehudut HaTorah 7, Joint List 6, Kar 5, Yisrael Beitna 5, Yemina 5, Tikfa Hadasha 4, Merets 4 and the United List will hold 4 future Knesset seats.

It was about 10 days ago that Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Zionist Foreign Minister Yair Lapid said in a joint statement that they have tried all ways to stabilize their coalition, which was formed a year ago, but dissolving the Knesset and holding new elections is the best.

Zionist TV also reported that the two sides have agreed to dissolve the Knesset and appoint Lapid as the prime minister.

Sources close to Naftali Bennett told The Jerusalem Post that Lapid and Bennett’s goal is to hold the elections on their own terms so that they don’t have to accept the conditions imposed by Benjamin Netanyahu, the leader of the opposition in the cabinet.

Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement: Naftali Bennett’s cabinet has severely failed in security, political and economic issues. Netanyahu has announced that he intends to form a broad coalition cabinet.
