Is the US showing the duplicate card of ISIL in Syria? / Why is Washington not able to revive the 2011 crisis?

While the United States has not achieved any of its goals in the global war on terror against Syria, this time it has developed a new conspiracy strategy against the country.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency International Group, The United States failed to achieve any of its goals in World War which began in 2011 with the tools of terrorism against Syria, in which it mobilized more than 360,000 terrorists from 83 countries. Syria, first with its national forces and then with the help of its allies in the resistance, and then with the support of Russia, was able to curb this conspiracy and liberate more than 75% of its territory from the Takfiris and occupiers.

Syria’s national strategy to return to normal life

At this stage, Syria, despite the countless consequences of this devastating war and the damage it has suffered, has drawn up a national strategy to return to normal life that is being implemented at all political, military, social and economic levels.

In the political arena, the Syrian government managed to hold the elections on time, despite all the obstacles it faced, and is also actively involved in international organizations and international circles. Also, the Arab countries are competing with each other to restore relations with Damascus after realizing that their cooperation with the United States and supporting the terrorists against Syria has not yielded any results, and several moves have been made to return Syria to the Arab League.

In terms of security and military affairs, the Syrian government is equipping the Syrian army and armed forces with all the material and spiritual resources to succeed in carrying out their national duties. There is also a strong military mobilization in the vicinity of areas outside the control of the Syrian government, which is working to protect the people from terrorists.

At the social and civil level, the Syrian government has developed a plan for amnesty and national reconciliation, and has begun a comprehensive settlement for wanted civilians, fugitive soldiers, as well as those whose hands are not contaminated with Syrian homes. With this plan, the Syrian government was able to bring many Syrians, especially the youth, back to their homeland, and this thwarted the great conspiracy of the Syrian enemies, which is inciting and deceiving the youth to act against the regime in Damascus.

At the economic level, the Syrian government, with the help of its allies, is reducing the negative consequences of the siege and moving towards self-sufficiency, despite the oppressive US sanctions.

The latest US offensive strategy against Syria

While Syria’s national strategy for returning to normal life is as vivid as it was in the pre-war years, the United States has never been disappointed by any conspiracy against Syria.

Recently, indicators show that the United States has adopted a new offensive strategy against Syria and seeks to achieve the goals of its 2011 aggression project in that country; The project aimed at the collapse of the Syrian regime, the complete disintegration of the country and then the establishment of a system subordinated to Washington in the interests of the United States and the Zionist regime. In its new strategy against Syria, Washington is trying to prevent it from returning to normal life.

This strategy, which some analysts call the “strategy of continuing aggression and reviving terrorism to prevent Syria from returning to normal life,” is as follows:

At the political level, the goal of this strategy is to prevent the revival of Syria’s relations with other countries, especially neighboring and Arab countries. In this regard, we are witnessing US obstruction of Syria’s return to the Arab League. The United States is also working to prevent the resumption of relations between Beirut and Damascus by violating its promises to transfer energy from Egypt and Jordan to Lebanon through Syrian territory, as arrangements have been made to improve Lebanese-Syrian relations.

At the economic level, the United States is pursuing its economic war against Syria under the so-called “Caesar Law” more vigorously and intends to incite pressure on the people to incite them against the government and turn the streets of Syria into centers of protest and unrest.

At the societal level, the United States is deeply concerned about the comprehensive settlement process in Syria; because this process strengthens the foundations of civil peace between the people and the Syrian government, and those who were previously deceived by the United States have returned to their homeland. In this regard, Washington is trying to incite the Syrians, especially the youth, against the government with the slogan “The war is not over yet.”

At the security and military level, the United States is seeking to reactivate the ISIS takfiri terrorist group inside Syria after the scenario of ISIS escaping from al-Sinaa prison in al-Hasakah and transferring hundreds of terrorists from Iraq to Syria. Washington then staged a play entitled “The Murder of ISIS Leader Abu Ibrahim al-Qurashi” during a military operation in Idlib, Syria, which killed more than 12 Syrian civilians, including women and children; While the news of the assassination of the ISIS leader was unilaterally announced by the United States and there is no documented evidence that Washington’s claim is true, as in the scenario of the assassination of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the former ISIS leader, and Osama bin Laden, the former al-Qaeda leader.

America and the duplicate card of terrorism in Syria

The disruption of the security situation, along with economic terrorism, is the cornerstone of the new US offensive strategy against Syria; this is an issue that the United States has been working on for three months and is in the advanced stages. The goal of this strategy is to destabilize the situation in Syria and make it insecure in government-controlled areas.

Earlier, the Orient Net, which actually acts as a news agency for the Syrian opposition, said in a report released two months ago that The administration of US President Joe Biden intends that 2022 be the year of rebuilding the Syrian opposition forces so that they are better prepared to replace another regime in Syria in the event of anything that happens.

The network revealed that US Deputy Secretary of State for Near East Affairs Ethan Goldrich met with Syrian opposition leaders in Istanbul and Qamishli (a Syrian Kurdish city) late last year to prepare them for a new US scenario in Syria.

Why is the United States unable to revive the 2011 Syrian crisis?

But the question that arises in this situation is what is the purpose of the new conspiracy plans of the United States against Syria? A decade ago, it failed to dismantle the Syrian regime in a project that mobilized as many terrorists as possible to dismantle Syria and spent the largest amount of funding, much of it funded by the Arab Gulf states.

In fact, the United States does not seem to be seeking a resurgence of the Syrian crisis in its new strategy similar to that of 2011; because he is unable to do so. For this reason, many observers believe that the United States is trying to make up for part of its defeat in the global war on terrorism against Syria. Accordingly, after a humiliating defeat in Afghanistan and leaving the country, the United States has decided to put pressure on Syria and its allies so that it may be able to take advantage of them.

In this regard, “Amin Hatit”, a prominent Lebanese analyst and expert on strategic affairs in the region, stated in an exclusive interview: In Syria, the United States failed to achieve what it wanted and failed to achieve its strategic and core goal of dominating Syria. For this reason, today it is trying to implement another strategy, which is to prevent Syria from returning to a normal and appropriate life. To this end, the United States is pressuring Syria and its allies to perhaps achieve something in the political solution to compensate for its strategic defeat against Syria and the axis of resistance.
