With the defeat of the ISIS terrorist group as the US military arm in Syria in December 2017, US forces directly replaced the terrorist group, and from that time on, they began extracting and stealing Syrian oil instead of ISIS.

The areas occupied by the American forces and the militias known as the “Syrian Democratic Forces” (QSD) under their protection in Al-Haska and other northern regions of Syria have always witnessed the protests of the Syrian citizens against the terrorist acts of the occupiers and the militants against the residents of these areas.

The Syrian government has repeatedly stated that these militants and the Americans have no purpose other than looting oil in eastern and northeastern Syria, and that their presence is illegal.
