Erdogan: British people are hungry in the streets

Pak Sahafat – The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Friday that the people of countries like England cannot decide the fate of their country.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the people of countries like England cannot decide the fate of their country.

Continuing his speech, the President of Turkey said in response to a picture of him recently published by the Economist magazine: There, people are starving on the street. They don’t know what to do. This is France, that is England, that is Germany

The Economist magazine, which is one of the most widely circulated British media, in its latest issue criticized the rule of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his repeated victories in the elections of this country, and published a picture of him in the historical dress of the Ottoman rulers with the title “Democrat or Sultan?”

Fakhreddin Altun, head of the Turkish Presidential Communications Center, also reacted to the cover design of the Economist magazine about Erdogan and wrote in a tweet: According to their will, they announce the end of Turkey’s democracy with rude words, false information and brazen propaganda.

He further writes: This magazine once again presented its image of Turkey based on its boring and repetitive intellectual ignorance, deliberately saying that “they have started again”.

Alton added: “Perhaps they are able to sell their so-called magazines with marketing techniques and publishing extreme headlines and provocative images, but we must remind readers that this is fake journalism based on cheap advertising and misinformation.”

Acknowledging that “Turkish people have repeatedly shown their commitment to democracy, equality and freedom”, the head of the Turkish Presidential Communication Center said: Turkey’s political system has gone through many tragedies, including the failed coup d’état on July 15, 2016, in which people sacrificed their lives to preserve democracy.
