Pak Sahafat – An Emirati official, referring to the increasing development of relations between Abu Dhabi and Tel Aviv, called the relationship between the two sides a beautiful marriage.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s International Group, Abdullah Al-Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, described the relationship between the UAE and Tel Aviv as a “beautiful marriage” and said that Abu Dhabi is Tel Aviv’s way to reach Asia.
In an interview with the Zionist newspaper “Jerusalem Post”, which was published on Thursday, al-Shamsi said that any Israeli company that wants to go to Asia should go through Abu Dhabi.
The Emirati official added: “We have free trade agreements with Indonesia, India, Turkey and many other countries, and this [reason] is the importance of the UAE and especially [our] company for Israeli companies to export from these markets.”

He also stated that the Abu Dhabi government is “focused on bringing innovative companies from Israel; Especially those companies that are active in the field of health, biotechnology, agricultural technology, tourism and information and communication.
Abdullah Al-Shamsi said in another part of his statement: This is a beautiful marriage between Abu Dhabi and Israel, and what we can provide will allow us to further develop Israeli and international business.
The United Arab Emirates is the first Arab country on the shores of the Persian Gulf that normalized its relations with the Zionist regime in September 2020.
Since the signing of the agreement on the normalization of relations between the parties, the two sides have signed many agreements in various fields, especially the economy, the most important of which was the free trade agreement at the end of May 2022.
