Democrats’ disappointment with Biden increases; Green light for Michelle Obama

Pak Sahafat – an American newspaper wrote: The weak and disappointing performance of President Joe Biden, along with his old age and the possibility of his involvement in his son’s illegal business transactions, has become a factor in voters’ discouragement, and some Democrats are now hoping for Michelle Obama to replace Biden in the 2024 election.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, Washington Times reported: As the election heats up, Michelle Obama’s name is on the list of expected Democratic candidates to replace Biden in the 2024 election, which conservatives say is partly due to liberals and media concerns about the investigation into the president’s son, Hunter Biden and the disclosure of more damaging information about the illegal financial issues of the Biden family before the election.

Polls have shown that at least half of Democratic voters do not approve of Biden. The 80-year-old president of the United States is the oldest head of state in this country, who is participating in the election for the second time. The level of dissatisfaction with Biden has increased as some accuse him of paying bribes to influence his son’s foreign business deals.

According to this newspaper, even if Biden decides not to participate in the competition, there is no agreement among his replacement in the Democratic Party and little support for possible alternatives such as California Governor Gavin Newsom, Biden’s deputy Kamala Harris and Secretary Pete Buttigieg.

Some Democrats are considering Michelle Obama as a presidential candidate, who was highly popular among Democrats during her husband Barack Obama’s eight-year presidency.

Polls last month showed that the former US first lady is even more popular among Democrats than Biden. A poll by the “Voice of Voters” center has shown that Biden can easily defeat rival candidates such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Marianne Williamson, while Michelle Obama has the support of 48 percent of Democratic voters if she participates in the election.

In an analysis in the Wall Street Journal, Democratic analysts Douglas Schoen and Andrew Stein described “Michelle Obama as the strongest candidate to replace Biden so far.”

Charlie Kirk, an American conservative activist and the founder of the “Turning Point USA” organization, wrote on his social page that Michelle Obama is popular in the polls and can replace Kamala Harris without being called a racist.

Many Democrats are also not sure that Biden can handle the responsibility of the presidency due to his old age.

According to this report, Michelle Obama, as the former first lady of the United States, has not yet expressed her desire to participate in the presidential elections, and her representatives have also refused to comment on this matter.
