The Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement praised the Kuwaiti university board for canceling an academic meeting with a Zionist delegation hosted by Bahrain.
Pak Sahafat News agency- A spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement said in a statement: While appreciating the resignation of this Kuwaiti university faculty, we are grateful to the brotherly country of Kuwait, which once again, with this honorable stance, has stated its opposition to any normalization of relations with the Zionist regime.
Tariq Salmi described the withdrawal of the Kuwaiti delegation as full support for the Palestinian cause and a commitment to solid ethnic foundations and Islamic values.

He also condemned any action to normalize relations with the occupying regime in Jerusalem, including the action of the University of Bahrain, calling the university’s practice a step in the direction of covering a scientific movement that goes against the inclusive and international scientific atmosphere of the occupying regime.
According to the Anatolian News Agency, the International Youth Group for Quds in Kuwait, in a tweet, announced the resignation of the Kuwaiti university (without mentioning the time of the announcement).
Bahrain State University held a two-day conference on the development of business management in the Middle East on March 2, with 113 participants from 15 countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
Of the 22 Arab countries, Bahrain, the UAE, Sudan and the Morocco have normalized their diplomatic relations with the Zionist regime in 2020, followed by Egypt and Jordan.
