Britain has claimed that Russia has expanded its attacks on populated civilian areas in Ukraine

Pak Sahafat – In its latest assessment of developments in Ukraine, the British Ministry of Defense has claimed that Russia is expanding its attacks on densely populated civilian areas in Ukraine.

According to Pak Sahafat news agecy on Sunday, A series of messages posted on the official Twitter account of the British Ministry of Defense claims: Russian air and missile forces continue to attack targets in Ukraine’s densely populated civilian areas.

According to the alleged assessment, Russia continues to rely on ammunition from inside Russian airspace to reduce the exposure of its aircraft to Ukrainian air defense forces.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 21 recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing the West’s indifference to Moscow’s security concerns.

Three days later, on Thursday, March 24, Putin launched a so-called “special operation” against Ukraine, turning tense Moscow-Kiev relations into a military confrontation. Conflicts in Ukraine and reactions to Russia’s actions continue.

World leaders met in Brussels late last week as part of the NATO-G7 summit and the Council of Europe to discuss Ukraine. The Group of Seven and NATO have issued statements stressing that they will spare no effort to support Ukraine.

However, Britain announced in a public statement yesterday that sanctions against Russian individuals and companies could be lifted if Moscow ended its attacks on Ukraine.
