Bennett: Iran is the biggest threat to Israel

The Israeli prime minister said that Iran is the biggest threat to his country.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said during a cabinet meeting on the Vienna nuclear talks: Iran is the biggest threat to Israel.

The Prime Minister of Israel stated in this regard: Iran is the biggest threat to Israel. Our government is closely monitoring Iran’s nuclear program and, of course, the Vienna talks.

Adding that reaching an agreement in Vienna would undermine efforts to halt Iran’s nuclear program, he said: Those who think that stability will be achieved by reaching an agreement are in the wrong direction. The agreement could halt Iran’s uranium enrichment program for a while, but we will all pay the price for this mistake.

In another part of his speech, Bennett stressed that even if an agreement is reached in Vienna, Tel Aviv will not abide by this agreement.
